Scheduling a Zoom meeting for your group to meet
To set up a meeting with your classmates, you will need to log into Arizona Zoom by visiting https://arizona.zoom.us/ and clicking the Sign In button. You will log in with your UA NetID.
Next, click Schedule a New Meeting and follow the on-screen instructions for creating and sharing a scheduled meeting with your classmates.
Recording your meeting
Some instructors require you to record your small group discussions and to submit that recording back to them in D2L. If that is the case with your instructor, you will want to select Record to Cloud at the beginning of your meeting. This will record the meeting and, about an hour after the meeting ends, provide you with a link to the recording that you can share with your instructor.
Go back to https://arizona.zoom.us and log in. Click the recordings tab in the left column and find the recording of your meeting. Click on the title of the meeting to access the recording.
You will have one or more recordings in each meeting. If you have more than one, look for the one that is the largest as that is likely the one you want. If you mouse over the Shared Screen with speaker view, you will see a link icon appear. Clicking on that icon will copy the link to the recording that can be shared with your instructor and classmates.
